Successful media relations and marketing consultancy Maxim has added to its growing team by appointing graduate Victoria Grigg, just months after Andy Rayfield, a senior KM Group journalist, joined the business.
Victoria, 22, who recently gained an English Literature degree from the University of Kent, has joined Tunbridge-Wells based Maxim as a graduate trainee and will assist the team across a range of the agency’s accounts.
“The prospect of working at such an established company as Maxim is a really exciting one,” said Victoria, from Maidstone, “I’m eager to learn from the wealth of experience that Maxim offers, but I’m confident I can also bring a new outlook to the team.”
With two new appointments in the space of a few months, the recent economic recession has not halted the demand for Maxim’s services.
Philip Jones, Director at Maxim, said: “Both Victoria and Andy, who was the KM Group’s Senior Editor Special Publications, bring different attributes to the company. Where Andy’s editorial experience makes him an immediate asset to any media relations company, Victoria’s fresh perspective ensures that the Maxim team is varied and current, and therefore better equipped to deal with our clients’ range of needs.”
