Making connections

Making a connection is at the heart of many successful marketing campaigns.

Back in 2017 we helped our client One Warwick Park Hotel connect itself with a classic piece of Tunbridge Wells cultural heritage as the birthplace of Subbuteo.

Invented by Tunbridge Wells resident Peter Adoph back in 1947, the football-based table game used to be manufactured in the now elegant 4* boutique hotel. The building was formally recognised by English Heritage with a blue plaque championing its history and importance.

Maxim helped to promote the hotel’s father’s day package, including a Subbuteo’s 70th anniversary set.

As they say, you’ve got to ‘flick it, to kick it’.
